Simonetta Cerruti appointed new global Chief Commercial Officer of Maserati
Modena, 7 November 2025 – Maserati is pleased to announce the appointment of Simonetta Cerruti as its new global Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately. Simonetta succeeds Maurizio Zuares, who will hold positions of increasing responsibility in Stellantis as Chief Commercial Operations Officer for Enlarged Europe.
Modena, 7 November 2025 – Maserati is pleased to announce the appointment of Simonetta Cerruti as its new global Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
Simonetta succeeds Maurizio Zuares, who will hold positions of increasing responsibility in Stellantis as Chief Commercial Operations Officer for Enlarged Europe.
Strengthened by over 20 years of experience in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and later Stellantis, where she acquired extensive expertise in the automotive sector and commercial operations, Simonetta now takes on her new role to contribute to Maserati’s growth and to further strengthen the Brand’s position in the luxury automotive market.
Her in-depth industry knowledge is reflected in a distinguished career across brands such as Fiat, Jeep, MOPAR, Alfa Romeo, and Lancia, where she held key positions including Head of Commercial Development for Fiat in the EMEA Region, Head of Commercial Operations for Business Center Italy, Head of After Sales for Business Center Italy in MOPAR - EMEA Region, Head of RAC & Pre-Owned Business for EMEA and Head of Stellantis Synergies and Used Vehicles Director for Italy,
In recent years, she served as Head of Alfa Romeo and Lancia for Enlarged Europe at Stellantis, overseeing the activities of the two Premium Brands. With this new appointment, she now completes her professional journey by joining Stellantis’ only true luxury Brand: Maserati.
Simonetta Cerruti holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin and a master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Lyon in France.
