A year of successes is coming to a close for the initiatives developed by the BRG Maserati Donna, the company community that aims to create awareness, mutual support, and opportunities for growth through moments of exchange. The Trident brand will continue along this virtuous path in 2026 with even more ambitious goals.
Modena, 12 December 2025 – 2025, a year filled with projects and successful initiatives aimed at an inclusive corporate culture, is coming to an end, strengthening the leading role of the Maserati Women’s Business Resource Group (BRG Donna), the internal community created to enhance female talent and support professional development in an open, international, and multicultural environment. Over the past few years, in fact, the House of the Trident has seen an increase in the presence of women in key positions and on its Board, confirming a clear direction toward leadership models that are more balanced and representative of the richness of the global organization.
BRG Maserati Donna is an entirely voluntary initiative, conceived and carried forward by employees from different functions, countries, and backgrounds. This heterogeneity is the heart of the project, which aims to create awareness, mutual support, and opportunities for growth through moments of genuine exchange. Among these were the engaging activities carried out during 2025, confirming the vitality of the community. It began in March with International Women’s Day, which brought together numerous participants for a discussion session culminating in over fifty contributions, and continued the following month with the allyship workshop “Through Her Eyes”, involving guests and company leadership.
In June, it was time for the meeting “Breaking Through & Lifting Others – Two Generations, One Journey” followed online by a substantial number of attendees and included in the “Inspirational Talks” project, a series of online conversations with speakers from sectors beyond automotive, such as music, academia, and fashion. In the second half of the year, the “From Heritage to the Future” event, organized in September at the Panini Museum, brought together many different people in an intergenerational dialogue that intertwined identity, future, and belonging, while participation in the International Day of the Girl Child in October gave voice to a large number of creative contributions. Finally, in November, the workshop dedicated to the Impostor Syndrome topic added another important step to a broad and well-attended journey.
Among the most significant elements of this rich calendar of initiatives by BRG Maserati Donna is a constant increase in the number of participants, with a smooth transition from digital to in-person activities. Also noteworthy is the growing involvement of male participants, which highlights how allyship is not only an individual act but an essential indicator of a shared cultural evolution.
For next year, Maserati renews its commitment to continue along this path with new projects and the clear objective of further expanding participation. Only in this way will it be possible to create a cross-cutting and active community, capable of strengthening the sense of belonging and generating authentic conversations on themes such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Santo Ficili, COO of Maserati, said: “BRG Maserati Donna represents a true example of how spontaneous collaboration and shared experiences can deeply influence corporate culture. We are proud of the progress made, and we will continue to invest in the enhancement of the talents within our organization”.
“Our goal is to create safe and inspiring spaces where every colleague can feel supported” - added Julie Taieb-Doutriaux, Chair of BRG Maserati Donna. “When I took on the position of President in March 2023, my goal was to create interactive events and valuable conversations. In three years, we have created a diverse and dynamic community of proud women and men.”
