LEASYS BOARD NOMINATES ANTOINE DELAUTRE AS GROUP CEO AD INTERIM

Today Leasys, the joint venture equally owned by Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility announces the appointment of Antoine Delautre as interim Group CEO, replacing Rolando D’Arco.

Antoine Delautre has been serving as Group CFO and Deputy CEO since the launching of the new Leasys in April ‘23 and will maintain his current position as Group CFO.
