Mandela Day and Lancia together for an exclusive benefit gala Saturday May 15th in Monte Carlo
On the eve of the 68th Grand Prix Monaco, Saturday May 15th, the ‘Signora del Vento’ will be docked in the Monte Carlo Harbor hosting the Mandela Day Black Moon Benefit Gala organized by Lancia. The evening will be under the patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
On the eve of the 68th Grand Prix Monaco, Saturday May 15th, the ‘Signora del Vento’ will be docked in the Monte Carlo Harbor hosting the Mandela Day Black Moon Benefit Gala organized by Lancia. The evening will be under the patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Some years ago, Lancia started on a path to embrace social causes and initiatives. This year they are proud to support Mandela Day/46664 foundation.
The first act of this close relationship will begin on May 15th in Monte Carlo on board the ‘Signora del Vento’, an 85-meter vessel that has sailed the seas with all its beauty since 1962. The vessel hosts an exclusive Lancia Cafe with 300 meters of branded sails.
The Black Moon Benefit Gala starts a series of three benefit events organized together by Lancia and Mandela day: on July 18th a special concert in Madrid to celebrate Nelsen Mandela’s birthday and finally during the Venice Film Festival September 1-10th at the Lancia Cafe.
A special Lancia Delta Hard Black automobile will be signed by all the special guests attending these unique events and the highest donation raised during the events will receive the signed automobile. This will be announce at the Venice Film Festival.
Among the first to sign the automobile on Saturday, May 15th will be H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco and Miss Charlene Wittstock the ambassadress of the ‘Mandela Day Black Moon Benefit Gala’ “You all know my ties to South Africa and my admiration for Nelson Mandela. The suffering he went through made him a truly un common person and his courage has changed the course of history. I am proud to support the Mandela Day664 foundation tonight and also the following two events in Madrid and Venice this year. I would like these evenings to be marked by solidarity and generosity”.
