Orders for the new Jeep® Cherokee Night Eagle go ahead

• Limited edition featuring dark design elements and glossy black inserts
• Packed with standard equipment: UConnect 8.4-inch Nav system, dual-zone climate control, nine speakers with subwoofer, electric tailgate and rear parking sensors
• 2.2-liter MultiJet II 185 HP or 200 HP engine, depending on the market, combined with the nine-speed automatic transmission and the 4x4 Active Drive I system

Starting today, it is possible to order the new "Night Eagle" special series* that gives the Cherokee model a bolder, sportier look. First shown at the 2015 Frankfurt International Motor Show, this particular version of the Jeep_® mid-size SUV will be manufactured in limited edition and marketed progressively throughout the EMEA area. Price will differ according to the countries.

With about 1,500 units available in all Europe, the exclusive Cherokee Night Eagle is based on the Longitude trim level and features dark design elements and glossy black inserts. These include the front "Jeep" badge, the front grille, the roof bars, 18-inch alloy rims, the "4x4" and "Cherokee" badges and deep tint sunscreen rear glasses. The range of exteriors is completed by a dedicated badge and a palette of four body colors to choose from: Black, White, Billet Silver and Granite Crystal.

Inside, the available standard equipment includes: the UConnect 8.4-inch screen navigation system, nine speakers with subwoofer, leather steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, 3.5-inch TFT instrument panel, electric tailgate and rear parking sensors. Among the optionals are black leather interior, bi-xenon headlamps, front and rear parking sensors and power folding mirrors.

The Cherokee Night Eagle comes with the new 2.2-liter MultiJet II turbo-diesel engine delivering 185 or 200 HP, depending on the market, combined with the innovative nine-speed automatic transmission and the  4x4 Active Drive I system that ensures excellent performance in all driving conditions, also thanks to the Jeep SelecTerrain traction management system that includes Auto, Sport, Snow and Sand/Mud modes.
