FIAT Professional New Scudo and E-Scudo land overseas in Brazil

FIAT, with over 10 years of leadership in Brazil thanks to the best-selling Ducato and Fiorino, and undisputed market leadership with the best-selling car ever (both PC and LCV) thanks to the Strada, has taken another step towards consolidating the South American market with the arrival of the New Scudo.

Indeed, starting today, a new offer in the light van D segment has been released with the New Scudo, which in Brazil will be sold under the Brand FIAT.

The New Scudo is equipped with an electric motor or with a next-generation diesel engine. With its best-in-class capacity, payload and cargo volume, it provides the agility needed to drive peacefully in an urban area.

The new model completes the FIAT LCV range in Brazil, which now covers all segments: Small with Fiorino, Medium with Scudo and Large with Ducato.

To reinforce its customer centricity, FIAT Brazil will set a specific support dedicated to professional customers buying vans through FIAT Professional network and service experience.

The New Scudo is available with electric and diesel power train

The innovative E-Scudo is the first commercial electric vehicle the brand FIAT launches in Brazil. Thanks to its 75 kWh battery, it features best-in-class fuel range which reaches up to 330 km and is equipped with a 100kW electric motor (136 hp). At its launch, the E-Scudo will be sold in the Cargo version in Brazil’s main electric vehicle markets. Thanks to this innovative product, Fiat continues to pave the way to sustainable mobility.

The New Scudo is also arriving in Brazil equipped with a next-generation diesel engine, the 1.5l turbo diesel engine 120 hp. Available in the Cargo, Multi and Minibus configurations, the model is the perfect business partner thanks to its smart use of space and top-of-the-line capacity.
