GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED: DS AUTOMOBILES IN THE SPOTLIGHT WITH THE DS E-TENSE FE19

Nestled in the heart of West Sussex, England, the Goodwood Festival of Speed has become one of the world’s most prestigious motorsport events. Since its debut in 1993, it has brought together leading manufacturers, legendary drivers, and hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts for a unique celebration of automotive performance and innovation.
From 9 to 12 July, the 33rd edition of the festival will showcase the evolution of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship through a series of seven demonstrations featuring all four generations of Formula E cars.
DS Automobiles, double Formula E teams’ and drivers’ world champions in seasons 5 and 6, will be represented by the iconic DS E-TENSE FE19. The second-generation Formula E car that carried Jean-Éric Vergne to the 2019 drivers’ title will tackle Goodwood’s famous hillclimb throughout all four days of the festival.
Sporting its distinctive black and gold livery, the championship-winning machine will take to the legendary course in the grounds of Goodwood House, giving spectators the opportunity to experience one of Formula E’s most successful cars at a true highlight of the international motorsport calendar.
Formula E’s only two-time champion Jean-Éric Vergne, who raced for DS Automobiles throughout eight seasons will make a special return to the cockpit of the DS E-TENSE FE19 on Friday 10 July, completing two highly anticipated demonstration runs.
