FORMULA E: MAXIMILIAN GÜNTHER AND TAYLOR BARNARD CONCLUDE PRE-SEASON TESTING

• Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard, factory drivers for the DS Automobiles-PENSKE AUTOSPORT squad, have concluded pre-season testing at Valencia in Spain

• Their timed laps highlighted the strong pace of the DS E-TENSE FE25 developed by DS Performance

• At the dedicated women’s test day tomorrow, Lindsay Brewer and Jessica Edgar will drive the two cars fielded by the French-American team

The Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, Spain, hosted the 20 drivers on the Formula E grid for Season 12, at official pre-season testing from 27-30 October.

These important sessions allowed teams to evaluate the initial performance of their all-electric single-seaters and gather vital information ahead of the opening race. For DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT, Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard regularly put their DS E-TENSE FE25 machines in the top 10 throughout the six timed sessions, with Barnard in particular setting an excellent third-quickest time overall during the four days of running.

Tomorrow, on October 31, Formula E has organised an exclusive women’s test day for the second consecutive year. These female athletes, who have all come from top motorsport categories such as F1 Academy, W Series, Super Formula, Indy NXT, and GT4, will get the chance to showcase their talent at the wheel of the Gen3 Evo cars that will take part in Season 12.

America’s Lindsay Brewer and Jessica Edgar from the United Kingdom will drive the two DS E-TENSE FE25 cars for DS Penske. Both are established drivers and well-known personalities, who are determined to fly the flag for DS Automobiles and its partner PENSKE AUTOSPORT.
