DS 4 GETS THE HIGHEST ACCOLADE AT THE 2023 AUTOMOBILE MAGAZINE AWARDS

• With the Design Award at the Automobile Magazine Awards, DS 4’s design collects a new accolade from the editorial staff and readers.
• Sporting sharp lines and an athletic silhouette, DS 4 features exceptional proportions.
• The DS Automobiles team worked on three main themes: aerodynamics, efficiency and charisma.

For more than forty years, Automobile Magazine has been recognising companies and individuals who shine within the automotive industry and, for a little more than a decade, the readers have been involved in the editorial staff’s decisions.

For this 43^rd version, DS 4 had been chosen by the entire editorial staff before the readers, website users and an exclusive panel of Automobile Magazine ambassadors elected to recognise the DS Automobiles design with the Design Award.

“Even before we drew the first pencil line for DS 4, we worked with our engineers on shaping the technical platform for two years. When we began the creative process, we had extraordinary room for manoeuvre for rolling out a new concept. Inspired by DS AERO SPORT LOUNGE, the silhouette is unique in its segment with hitherto unseen proportions. The outline is athletic, very muscular, compact and sat on very large 720mm wheels. It is aerodynamic, efficient and charismatic all at once. The accolades it’s received, including the one from the Automobile Magazine Awards, recognise the work of a whole team on an outstanding project.”
