From May 31 to June 1, the Chinese metropolis of Shanghai will host rounds 10 and 11 of Season 11 of Formula E. Run on a shortened version of the famed international circuit, the Shanghai E-Prix should once more offer intense competition and plenty of surprises.
For DS PENSKE, the main goal will be to place the two DS E-TENSE FE25 cars in the points and to get back into the overall top three in the championship.
Jean-Eric Vergne and Maximilian Günther, driving the all-electric single-seaters developed by DS Performance, will be equally determined to achieve this objective.
The Shanghai races will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 09:00 CET (15:00 local time).
Eugenio Franzetti, DS Performance director:
“We’re obviously expecting a lot from this Shanghai E-Prix. We have seven races before the end of the season and we absolutely need to score points to get back on the overall podium. I think that we’re absolutely capable of achieving our goal as we have learned from our mistakes and benefit from a very competitive car at our disposal!”
Key figures since DS Automobiles entered Formula E:
- 130 races
- 4 championship titles
- 17 victories
- 52 podiums
- 25 pole positions
