Roberta Zerbi Appointed Head of Customer Journey Excellence and Network Development

AMSTERDAM, May 7, 2026 – Stellantis has announced the appointment of Roberta Zerbi as Head of Customer Journey Excellence and Network Development for Enlarged Europe, with immediate effect. In this role, she will report to Emanuele Cappellano, Head of Enlarged Europe. Roberta Zerbi will concurrently retain her position as CEO of the Lancia brand.

With extensive international experience gained in Italy, the United Kingdom, France and Belgium, and a career entirely built within the automotive sector, Roberta Zerbi brings to her new role a distinctive combination of strategic vision, in-depth business knowledge and a strong customer-centric approach. Throughout her professional journey, she has held positions of increasing responsibility across sales, marketing and brand management, ultimately leading major national and regional operations.

A graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome with an MBA from Warwick Business School, Roberta Zerbi began her career at Ford in Italy in 1998, holding various roles in sales and marketing. She later joined Toyota, where she led the Toyota Rendez-Vous in Paris from 2006 to 2008, before taking responsibility for commercial operations in Eastern Europe and Russia, based in Brussels.

In 2011, she joined Fiat, contributing to the launch of the new Panda. In 2014, she was appointed Cross-Brand Marketing Director for Fiat, Abarth, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Jeep® in Italy. The following year, she became Country Manager for Alfa Romeo and Jeep®, and from 2017 to 2019 she led the Alfa Romeo brand across the EMEA region. Within Stellantis, in 2021 she took on responsibility for Alfa Romeo and Lancia in Enlarged Europe, before being appointed Head of Stellantis &You, the Group’s direct retail network, in 2023. Since September 2025, she has been leading the Lancia brand.

In her new role, Roberta Zerbi will place her expertise at the service of a strategic area for Stellantis, with the objective of delivering an increasingly consistent, distinctive and effective customer experience across the entire relationship journey with the Group and its brands, while supporting the development and evolution of the European dealer network.

At the same time, Roberta will continue to lead the Lancia brand, supporting its relaunch journey initiated with the New Ypsilon and preparing for the arrival of the new Lancia Gamma.
