AMSTERDAM, January 28, 2022 - Stellantis N.V. announced today that FCA Italy S.p.A., a wholly owned subsidiary, and Stellantis’ other Italian subsidiaries, have repaid the €6.3 billion credit facility to Intesa Sanpaolo.
