TURIN, October 14, 2025 – The 'Stellantis Philanthropy' program, which for the first time brings together the company’s initiatives dedicated to the communities where it operates, was officially presented today in Turin during 'Future Days'—the national STEM orientation program supported by Stellantis in collaboration with Next Level.

The Italian project is built around three core actions:

  • Promoting discovery and engagement pathways in STEM subjects, co-designed with teachers, scientists, local businesses, and university researchers
  • Providing personalized mentoring and case management for the most vulnerable students, helping them identify their strengths and aspirations
  • Introducing an innovative EduCoach program, aimed at supporting 60 teachers in enhancing their educational practices and responding to the evolving needs of their students

Next Level is a no profit organization that has been promoting the right to education since 2014 with innovative and interdisciplinary teaching methods for primary and secondary schools, the project naturally aligned with Stellantis’ values. The Company has committed to a three-year plan to support the initiative.

Xavier Chéreau, Stellantis Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer, said “Stellantis Philanthropy is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for. By bringing together our Philanthropy, Motor Citizens, and Student Awards actions under one shared identity, we confirm our deep commitment to empowering people and supporting education and social mobility across all regions. This is about showing up with purpose, staying humble, and making a real difference together.

The project “Future Days” focuses on education and career orientation, with the goal of combating school dropout and guiding students toward discovering the professions of the future.

It is an innovative STEM-focused orientation pathway, designed to create synergy between local communities, schools, institutions, and the job market, forming a single integrated ecosystem.

The goal is to create a new educational ecosystem, which has involved 2,500 students across 28 schools in 6 regions, supported by 150 trained teachers and 95 Stellantis Motor Citizens volunteers, who have donated over 500 hours of their time.

Highlights from the Turin event

The Turin event welcomed 700 young participants from 7 schools as its main protagonists, who met over 30 professionals from the business, sports, media, and creativity industries in a dynamic “Business Speed Dating” format — short, interactive, and practical. All gathered to answer one simple but powerful question:
“How did you find the job of your dreams?”

The day, hosted by Fabio De Vivo from Radio 101, also featured inspirational moments and intergenerational dialogue, with the participation of:

  • Antonella Bruno, Managing Director of Stellantis Italy
  • Jean Philippe Imparato, CEO of Maserati
  • Stefano Lo Russo, Mayor of Turin
  • Elena Chiorino, Vice President of the Piedmont Region

The Italian Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, has also shared his support via a live video message.

The event included the children of Stellantis employees who have received the 2025 Stellantis Student Award, the Company’s global continuous learning program active for over 30 years. These students took part in workshops designed to foster passion and community engagement. In the afternoon, they replicated the workshop activities with middle school students — creating a virtuous cycle of peer-to-peer learning across generations.

Stellantis and Next Level reaffirm their commitment to tackling the persistent issue of school dropout rates in Italy. Consider this: only 6% of students from families with low educational backgrounds attain a university degree, and the latest INVALSI 2025 data reveals a significant skills gap in Italian and mathematics, with over 40% of students in Southern Italy falling below minimum proficiency levels.
