Europ Assistance and B-Parts Launch Indemnity insurance for Labor in the Auto Repair Market

Europ Assistance and B-Parts Launch Indemnity insurance for Labor in  the Auto Repair Market

 

Paris, December 2nd, 2021 – Together with Amplitude Seguros, Group Nors insurance broker, Europ Assistance has designed an insurance solution in the auto repair market and has engaged a new partnership with B-Parts, the e-commerce platform, European leader in the online distribution of used car parts, recently integrated into the Stellantis Group.

 

The new partnership allows B-Parts customers (car repair shops and end-customers) to purchase reused parts from the online shop and benefit, free of charge, from a 12-month insurance period and up to 150 euros as compensation for labor on engines and gearboxes, for the assembly or disassembly in case of defect or non-compliance of these components.

This is an area for which there is little offer, therefore, we believe it is important to offer the customer the possibility of having insurance included which allows purchasing these components in a safer way, without risks and safeguarding additional costs," says João Horta e Costa, Chief Commercial Officer of Europ Assistance Portugal.
