NEW BERLINGO, 6th LAUNCH IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS: CITROËN CONFIRMS IN GENEVA ITS PRODUCT OFFENSIVE AND THE CONSISTENCY OF A RENEWED RANGE

On the occasion of the Geneva International Motorshow 2018, Citroën will demonstrate the change made by the Brand by exhibiting in a completely redesigned booth, 6 models launched in Europe in less than 2 years. A modern and assertive range, which presents the new face of Citroën with a consistency never before seen. Cars, which draw on the Brand's DNA, and share a bold design with a unique character and overall comfort guided by the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme. - Presented as world premiere: New Berlingo, third generation of an automotive icon, - For the first time at an international motorshow: New C4 Cactus, the ultra-comfortable hatchback with suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions™, - Formalization of a unique signature for all Citroën’s MPVs under the SpaceTourer name, which replaces the Picasso, and presentation of the special series C4 SpaceTourer Rip Curl. Also exhibited: SpaceTourer Rip Curl Concept, - The spotlight is also on the SUV offensive: New C3 Aircross Compact SUV (already 50.000 sales) and on the best seller of the brand: New C3 presented in its "Elle" special series. A dynamism that, beyond products, presents 360° brand consistency that goes through the evolution of points of sale, like the booth, and new mobility services. All of this contributing to an even more fluid and user-friendly automotive experience.

In its new1100 m2 stand, Citroën presents a modern range that is completely rejuvenated and illustrates the consistency of the current product offensive deployed. Models that each keep their own character share the new stylistic codes of Citroën and the same approach to modern comfort, comprehensive and consistent, based on Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme. An acceleration of the product offensive that will allow the brand to continue growing. In 2017, the Brand achieved international growth of 7.5% (excluding China). In Europe, the brand has broken its sales record for 6 years with 786 000 cars sold. An increase in volumes which is accompanied by an increase in the market share in PC + LCV. A growth that will be based in 2018 on:

WORLD PREMIERE: NEW BERLINGO, THE NEW OPUS OF AN AUTOMOTIVE ICON

The creator of the “leisure activity vehicle” segment in 1996,Citroën, unveils: New Berlingo. This 3rd generation is pursuing the successful continuation of an iconic silhouette that has become the reference for "practical sense", constantly innovating for all leisure activities and all families. In perfect harmony with the latest models of the brand, the new Berlingo boasts gains in modernity with its design and approach to comfort. It adopts a new morphology and all the stylistic features of the new Citroën for a more assertive character. Clever, it reinforces its practicality on a daily basis by offering an exceptional space on board and exceptional modularity. It benefits from a new platform and acquires 19 driving assistance technologies and 4 connectivity technologies, latest-generation engines and comfort-oriented ground link typification. Now available in two sizes, M and XL (5 and 7 seats), new Citroën Berlingo will be launched in second-half 2018.

NEW C4 CACTUS, THE ULTRA-COMFORTABLE HATCHBACK

Citroën presents for the first time at an international show new C4 Cactus, its new ultra-comfortable compact hatchback. C4 Cactus has been substantially upgraded, moving up to a new dimension in terms of technology and engines while continuing to stand apart through its singular personality and comfort. The car's styling is as bold and modern as ever but gains enhanced status. Inside, New 4 Cactus immerses occupants in a true cocoon. Benefiting from the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme, New C4 Cactus is the first model in Europe to feature the Progressive Hydraulic Cushions™ (PHC) suspension system, making the "magic carpet ride" effect accessible to the greatest number, and the first vehicle in the world to boast Advanced Comfort seats.

A COMPLETE RANGE OF MODERN AND COMPLEMENTARY MPVs

A new unique signature: SpaceTourer, to identify a global offer made up of 3 MPVs. On the occasion of the Geneva Motor Show and the arrival of the new EAT8 automatic transmission, Citroën is renaming C4 and Grand C4 Picasso, C4 SpaceTourer and Grand C4 SpaceTourer respectively. The brand brings together under the same signature, modern and complementary products that allow to transport 5 to 9 people. Based on the EMP2 platform, C4 SpaceTourer, Grand C4 SpaceTourer and SpaceTourer share a rewarding design, a unique comfort experience and latest generation technologies and engines.

Citroën continues its partnership with Rip Curl and shows the ultimate in mobility, SpaceTourer Rip Curl Concept. As an original take on the SpaceTourer focused on outdoor sports, the modern van has gained greater off-road abilities through a 4x4 conversion by Automobiles Dangel. And for ultimate freedom, it has been kitted out as a compact camping car by Pössl. The conversion and new kit are both available for the SpaceTourer range.

Alongside this vehicle there is C4 SpaceTourer Rip Curl, currently on the market.

2 BEST SELLERS: NEW C3 AND NEW C3 AIRCROSS COMPACT SUV

Two attractive cars with an assertive character that surprise with the high level of comfort offered and their practicality, and that show the success of the new Citroën positioning. New C3 already boasts 300,000 sales and is here in its very trendy "C3 ELLE” special series. For its part, New C3 Aircross Compact SUV, Citroën's first model of the SUV offensive in Europe, is offering a unique character and the best habitability/modularity synthesis of its segment. It has already attracted 50,000 customers.

A growth also driven by the modernization of the brand, which, like the colourful and warm booth, is evolving to adapt to new consumption patterns and to be closer to customers, as evidenced by its city store concept "La Maison Citroën". And services, such as Citroën Advisor, Rent & Smile or Earn & Drive, which continue their deployment and allow to simplify the automotive experience and to increase transparency and confidence.
