Poissy, 7 April 2025 – at the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Jumpy, launched in 1995 and manufactured in France at the Hordain plant, Citroën is launching a special Jumpy Type-H pack series. Electric or diesel, ultra-practical, comfortable and fitted with all the equipment to make daily work easier, this image version illustrates Citroën's best know-how at the service of professionals. A nod to the emblematic Type-H and richly endowed, it links an ultra-modern vehicle with Citroën's strong historical roots in the light commercial vehicle market, which accounted for more than 30% of Citroën sales in 2024.

Jumpy is the van that does it all! Spacious, with a large load volume, practical and functional, it is at ease in town with its compact size as well as on the road. Heavily redesigned in 2024, it sets the benchmark for versatility and efficiency, with the latest generation of comfort, connectivity and safety equipment. Its new look, incorporating the Marque's new image, further enhances its appeal. Richly equipped and available with electric or diesel engine, Jumpy Type-H Pack illustrates Citroën's finest expertise.

A richly equipped version for working in comfort

Based on the 4.98m M-size version and also available with an extended cab, Citroën Jumpy Type-H pack comes with a host of standard equipment tailored to the needs and desires of professionals, including

Styling with specific decoration on the sides and rear of the vehicle, the look pack including "body coloured bumpers + body coloured door rails and door handles + side strips painted in Black Perla Nera", 17" diamond cut alloy wheels, full LED headlamps and fog lamps.

The comfort pack includes hands-free access and start, an induction charger for smartphones and automatic climate control.

An advanced digital interface: With a 10-inch digital instrument cluster. This full-colour instrument cluster allows drivers to customise the display of key information. The modern infotainment system is based on a 10" HD touchscreen located in the centre of the dashboard. Easy to use and extremely fluid, this touchscreen can be used to control the multimedia environment, such as music or the telephone, as well as the vehicle's configuration functions. It incorporates connected 3D navigation , which guides professionals on all their journeys and takes account of traffic conditions in real time. The 10-inch central screen is wirelessly connected to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Dynamic Surround Vision: Seeing what can't be seen. Because it's often difficult to get a precise idea of your surroundings when driving a panel van, the new Jumpy is fitted with two cameras: one above the left-hand rear door, and one under the exterior rear-view mirror on the passenger side. Both are connected to the new digital central rear-view mirror, giving the driver a precise view of the rear and passenger sides of the vehicle while driving or parking. For even greater convenience, the central screen on the dashboard projects the Top Rear Vision reversing camera with a 180° view.

The Moduwork pack, with enhanced lighting inside the van, and the Winter pack, with heated leather seats and steering wheel,

Available in electric and Blue Hdi 180 S&S EAT8 versions

Jumpy Type-H Pack is available in an electric version, combining a 100 kW (136 bhp) engine with a 75 kWh battery offering up to 352 km of range. This ensures optimum versatility, enabling it to adapt to the varied needs of professionals: worksites (with raised suspension, skid plate, etc.), long tours (with driving aids dedicated to comfort and safety), or in town (with greater agility and ease).

Without compromising on the features that have made Jumpy such a success (identical load volume and payload to the internal combustion version), this electric version offers unrivalled comfort (no vibration, no noise and great fluidity of movement), the pleasure of driving in electric mode, freedom of access to restricted areas with CO2 emission thresholds, and reduced running costs. All major benefits for professionals.

Jumpy Type-H Pack is equipped with a 7.4 kW on-board charger and can be fitted with an optional 11 kW three-phase charger for easy recharging. With a 7.4 kW wall-box, the 75 kWh battery can be fully recharged in 11 hours 20 minutes. On an 11 kW wall-box, full charging is achieved in 7.5 hours for the 75 kWh battery. On a 100 kW rapid charger, it takes just 45 minutes to charge the battery from 5% to 80%.

Jumpy Type-H Pack is also available in a Blue Hdi 180 S&S EAT8 version for those who want more power and ease of use. This version develops 400Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm and consumes 7.2l / 100 km WLTP in the combined cycle and up to 6.2l / 100 km WLTP at high speed, with CO2 emissions starting at 188 g / km in the combined cycle

Tribute to an iconic vehicle

The Jumpy Type-H Pack is a reference to its illustrious and now iconic ancestor, the Type-H, a popular and iconic van produced between 1947 and 1981. With its front-wheel drive, cubic design, low floor for easy loading and sliding doors, it is extremely practical for tradesmen, shopkeepers and public services. With a four-cylinder engine derived from the Traction Avant, the Type-H is robust and easy to maintain. Its usable volume and modularity quickly appeal to a wide range of trades, from bakers to ambulance drivers and food trucks ahead of their time. There are several variants with different lengths and roof heights, allowing the vehicle to be adapted to the specific needs of professionals. Despite its rustic appearance, its driving comfort and manoeuvrability make it a popular, versatile and durable commercial vehicle.

Designed to meet the transport and delivery needs of the post-war era, it is distinguished by its corrugated sheet metal body, inspired by Junkers aircraft. This aesthetic and functional choice lightened the structure while reinforcing its rigidity. It is this characteristic feature that the special series picks up on in the screen-printing on the sides and rear of the vehicle, which takes up the theme of corrugated iron in a wink.

Today, the Type-H is a cult vehicle, prized by collectors and enthusiasts of retro vehicles. Its unique design means that it is often transformed into a street food truck, event vehicle or vintage decorative object.
