Citroën intends to reinforce Berlingo's adventurous spirit with this special edition, through an expressive and distinctive version, for a way of life geared towards freedom and action. Based on the core Feel Pack version of the range, the Berlingo Rip Curl has adopted an even more dynamic appearance with specific colour schemes both inside and out, and has been enhanced for the occasion by a number of features for even greater on-board comfort.

Citroën's user-friendly, functional and rugged vehicle stands out in particular for its 3 individual seats in row 2, a cabin bathed in light thanks to the Modutop®, an opening rear window for easy access to the boot, a useful capacity of up to 4,000 litres and 18 useful driving aids. Character traits that uphold the Berlingo philosophy and equate to a sturdy vehicle that can be modulated as required, to carry a tribe, bicycles or surfboard. All these aspects make the association between Berlingo and the world of surfing and leisure represented by Rip Curl obvious.

STYLE: EXPRESSIVE AND DISTINCTIVE

The new Citroën Berlingo Rip Curl has a stylish appearance and is distinguished by touches of Ochre colour both on the inside and out. It quite naturally bears the surf wear brand’s logo.

• EXTERIOR TRIMS IN RIP CURL COLOURS

Berlingo Rip Curl shows character and freshness with a Color Rip Curl pack of Anodised Ochre coloured inserts that can be found on the fog lamp and Airbump® surrounds. A specific colour that highlights the collaboration with Rip Curl (identical to C3 Aircross SUV Rip Curl) and breathes life into the Berlingo body shape. A partnership that finds its signature through a very graphic Rip Curl Wave sticker on the front doors, alluding to the Rip Curl wave logo. There is also an easily identifiable Rip Curl logo sticker on the rear quarter panel. The special edition has adopted black Onyx exterior mirror shells and bumpers with body-colour fairings for even more style.

• RIP CURL INTERIOR AMBIENCE

Berlingo Rip Curl offers a warm and functional interior made vibrant by a coloured Ochre stripe on the Curitiba fabric of the backrest. A colour that can be found on an Ochre stitching thread in the horizontal strap on the Alba Délice dashboard. The special edition has adopted a set of Rip Curl stamped floor mats for even more convenience.

COMFORT: AN ACTIVE LIFE WITH TOTAL PEACE OF MIND

Berlingo Rip Curl, based on a Feel Pack level, has been fitted out with a set of features and technologies for even greater ease of use. Guests can thus enjoy their leisure time and real freedom in total comfort.

• BASE FEEL PACK

Berlingo Rip Curl is fitted out with the already rich Feel Pack version. It offers comfort and modularity with a comfortable, height and lumbar-support adjustable driver's seat, 3 individual seats in row 2 or practical rear window which opens for easy access to the boot even when there is little room to slide the seats back. This level also includes design aspects such as the tinted glass and rear window, or roof bars that reinforce its trail-blazer character. Other useful on-board technology includes the 8" touch screen, electric parking brake, intelligent high/low beam control and automatic windscreen wipers.

• RIP CURL SPECIAL EDITION EXTRA FEATURES

Berlingo Rip Curl is also fitted out to make your trips easy and relaxing. For added comfort, the Rip Curl special edition offers dual-zone automatic climate control, and for added convenience, the rear view camera with Top Rear Vision provides a 180° view of the environment displayed on the dashboard screen, making parking easier. Peace of mind is also reflected in the support provided during every trip by the Citroën Connect Nav 3D navigation system, comprising TomTom data, voice recognition and services such as traffic information, petrol stations, car parks, weather and local research. In addition, this version offers Citroën Connect Box along with its SOS & Assistance pack, a range of services including 24/7 emergency call and assistance.

• ADDITIONAL KIT

Berlingo offers optional features, characteristic of the Berlingo's practicality. For example, more light and extra storage space with the Modutop®, including a translucent storage arch, a rear overhead storage bin, ambient lighting and a panoramic blackout glass roof with electric sun blind. It offers 92 litres of storage space and provides occupants with a bright cabin.

Customers can also enjoy greater versatility of use and enhanced ford crossing capabilities due to Grip Control with Hill Assist Descent, an improved traction device that allows the vehicle to drive on all types of roads thanks to its 5 modes: standard, sand, mud, snow, ESP off. As for the Hill Assist Descent function, it keeps the vehicle at a reduced speed to maintain control even on a steep slope.

The special edition also offers features such as the Children's Pack, consisting of storage flaps under the carpet in row 2,

sun blinds in row 2 and a child conversation mirror under the interior rear-view mirror, Hands-Free Start Assist, Recharge Pack containing a 230V socket and a wireless Smart phone charger or Drive Assist Pack with Adaptive Cruise Control, whose camera detects the vehicle in front and maintains the speed previously chosen by the driver by operating the brake and accelerator.

- BlueHDi 100 S&S 6-speed manual from €27,350 incl. VAT,

- BlueHDi 130 S&S 6-speed manual from €28,950 incl. VAT,

- PureTech 130 S&S EAT8 from €28,800 incl. VAT.
