- The Scorpion's SUV will be the safety car in the Brazilian series that will be on track this weekend for round two at the Interlagos circuit.

After more than a month since its debut, the F4 Brazilian Championship Certified by FIA returns to the track and does so with a double round at Brazil's most iconic circuit: Interlagos. On the São Paulo track the Formula 1 title has been awarded several times and the young drivers of the Brazilian Formula 4 will be engaged for a double round in a fortnight after having disputed several tests following the season opener at Velocittà. The most important novelty of the Brazilian series will, however, be in front of the pole position with the new Abarth Pulse, the Abarth suv, which from the second round of the season becomes the official safety car of the series. Developed for the Brazilian market and expected on the roads this semester, the Abarth Pulse is the Scorpion's first suv to feature several totally new parts developed for the best performance, that allow the Abarth Pulse to reach 100 km/h in less than 8 seconds and a top speed of more than 210 km/h. Behind the Abarth Pulse there will be a great battle to catch up with Pedro Clerot (BRA - Full Time Sports) who took two victories in the first round and immediately took the lead in the standings followed by his team mate Ricardo Gracia (BRA - Full Time Sports) and Nicholas Monteiro (BRA - TMG Racing). At the Interlagos circuit there will be 16 drivers competing in the second round divided among the four teams taking part in the first season of the F4 Brazilian Championship Powered by Abarth. The program includes two free practice sessions on Friday 29 July at 8.35am and 10.40am in addition to qualifying which will start at 3.40pm. Two races on Saturday 30 July at 9.38am and 2.33pm before the grand finale on Sunday 31 July with the third and final race that will start at 11.33am live, like the other two races, on the Brazilian series' social and YouTube channels.
After the short summer break, the F4 British Championship will also be back on track this weekend at the Knockhill circuit in Scotland. After the first five rounds Alex Dunne (IRL - Hitech GP) still leads the standings with Oliver Gray (GBR - Carlin), who, however, has reduced his gap before the break to just 51 points. In the F4 British Championship Certified by FIA there will also be 16 Tatuus F4 T421, powered by the 180hp Abarth T-Jet 1.4 engine, taking to the track on the 2,046-meter track located a few kilometers from Edinburgh. After two free practice sessions on Friday, the young champions of the British series will face qualifying on Saturday at 11.15am, followed by race 1 at 4.15pm. Sunday 31 July will see the start of the two races that will close the sixth round of the season at 10.20am and 3.45pm.
