Abarth consolidates its racing vocation and renews its support for young talents. True to the philosophy that has driven it from its beginnings, for the 2014 season Abarth has decided to offer a series of important concessions to make automotive competitions accessible to under-23s and the many enthusiasts who put themselves forward in 2012 and 2013 for 'Make It Your Race', the TV talent show which involved a total of around 80,000 aspiring drivers.
The "My First Race" promotion offers a special rate for registration to all Abarth Trofei and special terms for renting a car on race weekends.
The reduction on the registration fee for the 500 category of the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe and Italia with an Abarth 500 Assetto Corse permits concessions worth up to 2,000 euros for the whole season. There are also special terms for those who want to feel the thrill of the track at least once in a lifetime. The participants will also be able to take advantage of Abarth Hospitality, with the possibility of inviting 4 people during the weekend.
There are also special rates for rental thanks to collaboration with the Abarth Racing network: Forza Service Srl, Zatti Sport and Autoalberta By Uboldi Corse. Those who wish to take part in Trofei races can take advantage of a special arrangement for renting an Abarth 500 Assetto Corse, contacting the tuning centres taking part in the initiative.
A concession of 2,000 euros allows you to pay for the car for a whole racing weekend. The "package" includes the provision of an Abarth 500 Assetto Corse for the track, assistance at all stages of the event: one 25' session of free trials, the official qualification trials, two races, the specific racing clothing and a kit for free time.
This will allow professional competition, with the support of a team of professionals able to provide the driver with advice and everything required to show their stuff and aim high.
And this is all made even more interesting by the great media visibility of Abarth's Trofei: the races of the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Italia will be part of the ACI CSAI National Championship, while the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe is part of the WTCC and ETCC platforms, highly prestigious international championships, and will be broadcast on Eurosport in 59 countries worldwide in 20 languages in a special slot dedicated to motoring.
All information on registering for the Trofei is available on Abarth's official racing site: www.racing.abarth.com.
