Abarth honored with “Best Mini Car” Award for Abarth 500e in Hamburg

Abarth accepted a major accolade today in Hamburg as the Abarth 500e was named “Best Mini Car” in Auto Motor und Sport’s prestigious Best Cars awards. The award, voted on by readers of the leading German automotive magazine, highlights the success of Abarth’s first all-electric model, which secured 23.6% of the vote—surpassing international competitors.

This win marks the ninth time Abarth has been recognized by the publication, and the first for its electric line. Perhaps even more significantly, the recognition in the category also rewards the brand’s bold transition to BEV, acknowledging Abarth’s ability to stay true to its sporty spirit while embracing a fully electric future.

The ceremony took place during the celebrated Hamburg Harbour Birthday festivities, where Francesco Morosini, Abarth Manager, proudly received the trophy on behalf of the Scorpion brand.
