K.W. Bruun Import has reached an agreement with Stellantis to acquire the distribution business of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional brands in Denmark

K.W. Bruun Import is becoming Stellantis' main partner in Denmark's market taking over responsibility for importing the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional brands. The conclusion of this transaction is subject to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s approval.

The transaction comes in the wake of the merger of car manufacturers PSA and FCA earlier this year, which created Stellantis, one of the world’s biggest car manufacturers. In addition to importing Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Opel brands, following the closing of the transaction K.W. Bruun Import will import a total of 8 Stellantis brands in Denmark.

The contract with Stellantis to take over responsibility for Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional in the Danish market is an acknowledgement of K.W. Bruun’s good results as representative for other Stellantis brands in Denmark. It also confirms Stellantis' confidence that K.W. Bruun has the ability to grow the market shares for these brands in Denmark.
