Nettoumsatz von 88,0 Mrd. €, 17 % mehr als im H1 2021 (Pro Forma)(3). Amsterdam, 28. Juli 2022 – Stellantis treibt den Strategieplan „Dare Forward 2030“ mit Hochdruck voran, unterstützt durch Rekorde bei der Rentabilität und die Beschleunigung des Absatzes emissionsarmer Fahrzeuge (LEV), zu denen batterieelektrische (BEV-), Plug-in-Hybrid- (PHEV-) und Brennstoffzellen-Elektrofahrzeuge gehören.

Das Unternehmen belegt den zweiten Platz auf dem EU30-Markt für BEV- und LEV-Verkäufe (weniger als 1.000 Fahrzeuge Abstand zum Führenden) und den dritten Platz auf dem US-Markt für LEV-Verkäufe(6). Die weltweiten BEV-Verkäufe von Stellantis stiegen im ersten Halbjahr im Jahresvergleich um fast 50% auf 136.000 Einheiten. Das Unternehmen bietet jetzt 20 BEVs an, weitere 28 BEVs werden bis 2024 auf den Markt kommen.

Batterie-Ökosystem gestärkt: Standorte für fünf Gigafactories bestätigt (drei in Europa und zwei in Nordamerika); in Partnerschaft mit Automotive Cells Company, Samsung SDI und LG Energy Solution; verstärkte Versorgung mit kohlenstoffarmem Lithiumhydroxid durch die Unterzeichnung von Vereinbarungen mit Vulcan Energy und Controlled Thermal Resources in Europa bzw. Nordamerika. Die Vereinbarungen von Samsung SDI und LG Energy Solution unterliegen weiterhin den üblichen Abschlussbedingungen und behördlichen Genehmigungen.

Globale Führungsrolle im Bereich Mobilität: Übernahme von Share Now und Positionierung von Free2move als weltweit führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Mobilität mit mehr als 6 Millionen Kunden weltweit.

Partnerschaften, die der Transformation dienen: Ankündigung globaler, mehrjähriger Vereinbarungen mit Amazon und Qualcomm, die das Fahrzeugerlebnis für Millionen von Stellantis-Kundinnen und Kunden verändern werden.

Nordamerika: Mit einer Marge des bereinigten Betriebsergebnisses (AOI) von 18,1% Rekordrentabilität erzielt; Marktanteil stieg im Jahresvergleich um 40 Basispunkte auf 11,3%, wobei der US-Anteil um 50 Basispunkte auf 11,7% zulegte. Der Jeep® Wrangler 4xe bleibt das meistverkaufte PHEV in den USA(6) mit 19.000 verkauften Einheiten im ersten Halbjahr, ein Plus von 55% im Jahresvergleich. Der brandneue Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe kommt zu den Händlern, gefolgt von den brandneuen Wagoneer L und Grand Wagoneer L Ende 2022.

Enlarged Europe: AOI-Marge von 10,4% erzielt, Anstieg um 160 Basispunkte; EU30-Marktanteil bei 21,2%, Rückgang um 190 Basispunkte. Der neue Fiat 500 Elektro war das meistverkaufte BEV in Deutschland und Italien und der Peugeot e-208 das meistverkaufte BEV in Frankreich. Jeep Compass und Renegade waren die meistverkauften LEVs in Italien. Peugeot 208, Opel Corsa, Citroën C3, Fiat Panda und Fiat 500 sind fünf der zehn meistverkauften Fahrzeuge der EU30.

Andere Regionen: Alle drei Regionen erzielten zweistellige AOI-Margen. Südamerika: AOI mehr als verdreifacht auf 1,0 Mrd. €, mit 13,9% Marge. Marktführer in der Region mit 23,5% Anteil. Fiat war die meistverkaufte Marke in der Region und Jeep die meistverkaufte SUV-Marke in Brasilien. Mittlerer Osten und Afrika: Rekord-AOI-Marge von 15,5%, Anstieg um 580 Basispunkte und AOI von 472 Mio. €; Marktanteil um 20 Basispunkte auf 11,9% gestiegen. China und Indien & Asien-Pazifik: AOI-Marge von 13,4%, wobei die AOI um 40% auf 289 Mio. € gestiegen ist. Der brandneue Jeep Meridian und der Citroën C3 wurden in Indien eingeführt und die Auslieferungen begannen im Juni bzw. Juli.

Maserati: Auf dem Weg zu einer zweistelligen Rentabilität mit einer AOI-Marge von 6,6%, einem Plus von 330 Basispunkten. AOI mehr als verdoppelt auf 62 Mio. €. Der brandneue MC 20 Cielo wurde im Mai vorgestellt; neuer Grecale mit ersten Auslieferungen in Europa Ende Juni auf den Markt gebracht und im Juli das Supercar in limitierter Auflage präsentiert.
