Starke Ergebnisse für 2020

Nach der Gründung von Stellantis N.V. durch den Abschluss der grenzüberschreitenden rechtlichen Fusion zwischen Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) und Peugeot S.A. (PSA) am 16. Januar 2021 sind die folgenden Dokumente die Ergebnisveröffentlichungen der bisherigen Geschäfte von FCA und PSA für das Geschäftsjahr, das am 31. Dezember 2020 endete.

Nach der Gründung von Stellantis N.V. durch den Abschluss der grenzüberschreitenden rechtlichen Fusion zwischen Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) und Peugeot S.A. (PSA) am 16. Januar 2021 sind die folgenden Dokumente die Ergebnisveröffentlichungen der bisherigen Geschäfte von FCA und PSA für das Geschäftsjahr, das am 31. Dezember 2020 endete.

FCA berichtet über starkes Geschäftsjahr 2020 trotz Auswirkungen von COVID-19:

  • Angepasstes EBIT* von €3,7 Milliarden und eine Marge von 4,3%
  • Nettoergebnis auf Breakeven-Level mit angepasstem Nettoergebnis von €1,9 Milliarden
  • Positiver industrieller Free Cash Flow* von €0,6 Milliarden

 

Ergebnisse für das 4.  Quartal 2020 von FCA:

  • Konzernergebnis und Ergebnis für Nordamerika im 4. Quartal auf Rekordniveau mit angepasstem EBIT von €2,3 Milliarden und €2,2 Milliarden sowie Margen von 8,2% beziehungsweise 11,6%. Alle Regionen und Marke Maserati profitabel.
  • Starker industrieller Free Cash Flow von €3,9 Milliarden.

Hochprofitabel im Geschäftsjahr 2020: Angepasste Marge im Automobilgeschäft von 7,1 % trotz COVID-19:

  • 7,1% angepasste Marge im Automobilgeschäft * bei €3,4 Milliarden
  • Angepasste Marge im Automobilgeschäft im zweiten Halbjahr mit 9,4% auf Rekordniveau
  • Anteilliges Konzern-Nettoergebnis bei €2,2 Milliarden
  • €2,7 Milliarden Free Cash Flow im Automobilgeschäft*
  • €13,2 Milliarden Nettofinanzposition im Automobilgeschäft

Gemäß der Änderung des Kombinationsvertrags vom 20. September hat das Board eine Ausschüttung in Höhe von 1,0 Mrd. EUR (1) an die Aktionäre genehmigt, vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Aktionäre auf der Hauptversammlung am 15. April 2021.

Operativer Ausblick für 2021(2): Nordamerika +8%, Südamerika +20%, Europa +10%, Mittlerer Osten/Afrika +3%, Indien & Asia Pacific +3% und China +5%

Ausblick für 2021 (3): Angepasste operative Marge von 5,5 - 7,5%; unter der Annahme, dass es keine signifikanten Lockdowns durch COVID-19 geben wird.

Diese Ergebnisse zeigen nicht die konsolidierten Ergebnisse von Stellantis N.V.

 

Am 3. März 2021 werden um 15:30 Uhr MEZ / 9:30 Uhr EST eine Telefonkonferenz und ein Webcast stattfinden, um die Ergebnisse von FCA für das vierte Quartal und das Gesamtjahr 2020 sowie die Ergebnisse von PSA für das Gesamtjahr 2020 vorzustellen. Der Webcast kann live verfolgt werden und eine Aufzeichnung wird später auf der Website des Konzerns (https://www.stellantis.com) verfügbar sein. Die begleitenden Unterlagen werden vorher auf der Website des Konzerns zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es wird auf den Abschnitt „Safe Harbor-Erklärung“ verwiesen, der an anderer Stelle in diesem Dokument enthalten ist.

* In den FCA-Abschnitten „Fourth Quarter Reconciliations", "FY 2020 Reconciliations" und "FCA Notes" sowie im PSA-Abschnitt "Appendix" sind die Definitionen der ergänzenden Finanzkennzahlen und Überleitungsrechnungen des jeweiligen Unternehmens zu den geltenden IFRS-Kennzahlen ersichtlich.

 

ANMERKUNGEN

(1) In der im September 2020 geänderten Kombinationsvereinbarung war nach Abschluss des Zusammenschlusses eine potenzielle Barausschüttung von 1 Mrd. EUR vorgesehen. Der Verwaltungsrat beschloss, der Hauptversammlung die Genehmigung einer speziellen Barausschüttung von 0,32 € je Stammaktie vorzuschlagen, was einer Gesamtausschüttung von ca. 1 Mrd. € entspricht (ca. 1,2 Mrd. US $, umgerechnet zu dem von der Europäischen Zentralbank berichteten Wechselkurs vom 26. Februar 2021). Die Ausschüttung muss von der Hauptversammlung genehmigt werden, die am 15. April 2021 stattfinden soll. Der erwartete Kalender für MTA, Euronext Paris und NYSE lautet wie folgt: (i) Ex-Tag 19. April 2021, (ii) Aufnahmedatum 20. April 2021 und (iii) Zahlungstermin 28. April 2021.

(3) Das angepasste operative Ergebnis schließt vom operativen Ergebnis Anpassungen aus, die Restrukturierungen, Wertminderungen, Abschreibungen auf Vermögenswerte, Veräußerungen von Kapitalanlagen und ungewöhnliche Betriebserträge (Aufwendungen) umfassen, die als seltene oder diskrete Ereignisse gelten und seltener Natur sind. Die Einbeziehung solcher Posten wird nicht als Hinweis auf die laufende operative Leistung des Konzerns angesehen.
