Mopar presents custom-made products and services for Fiat Argo

With Fiat Argo arrival at the stores, Mopar will reinforce the simplification of customers' lives, bringing its three pillars of action: Convenience, Trust and Customization. To do so, it has developed a complete post-sales package for the new hatch, including innovative products and services.

CONVENIENCE
Fiat Argo offers a 3-year warranty with no mileage limit, with revisions every 10,000 kilometers. And this protection can be even more interesting for customers who opt for Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) services. It is a program focused on the tranquility of customers, convenience and practicality, ensuring protection and care with the vehicle through a service contract. The main MVP product families are:

Tailor made servicing – Plans tailored to suit the client's profile (if he plans to spend too little time with the car, for example). Always taking into account the factory recommended maintenance schedule.

All plans can be purchased at the time of financing the vehicle, diluting the price in installments. In addition, these plans protect the customer against increased parts prices, taxes and inflation.

This means competitive prices, tranquility and convenience to customers who are looking to keep the review plan up to date. With the guarantee of genuine Mopar parts, trained workmanship and wide coverage of the Fiat network throughout the national territory.

Extended Warranty – This is the extension upon termination of the manufacturer's original warranty, envisaging coverage similar to those initially provided. The customer can choose to extend the warranty for 12 or 24 months, reaching a 5-year warranty. There are two modalities for Fiat Argo, for different profiles of consumers: Pleno and Force.

The cost of this option can be diluted in the financing of the purchase of Fiat Argo, a convenience that generates savings. In addition, the warranty is tied to the chassis of the car, providing another great argument when reselling the car. Guarantee of liquidity and appreciation in the market of used vehicles.

Among the benefits of this program the convenience with assistance without bureaucracy stands out; tranquility in case of expenses not provisioned; security and quality assurance with original parts; and finally, savings with expenses not provisioned, since 98% of repairs are more expensive than a year of extended warranty.

24 Hour Assistance – It is an extension or complement of the Confiat assistance products, which are already part of the basic coverage of Fiat Argo. With a low investment, the customer is assisted in any emergency or breakdown of the vehicle.

The service is offered in five modes, which vary according to the period of protection and with the chosen options, such as towing and car reservation. The tows are made for concessionaires, preferably for that reference of Fiat Argo owner.

Convenience Services – This MVP mode offers customers packages with the most sought after services throughout the car's life, such as oil change, alignment and balancing, among others.

The advantage of these combos is that they are hired at fixed prices, which provides great savings to the customer. In addition, it can choose any Fiat network dealership to provide the services, always with Mopar genuine parts and skilled workforce.

TRUST
The Mopar Customer Care department has developed actions to welcome with open arms all owners of Fiat Argo, in order to convey confidence in a long and productive partnership.

Welcome Call Argo – It is the welcome contact for customers who purchase any version of Fiat Argo. This contact is carried out within a few days of the removal of the vehicle from the concessionaire. This is an opportunity to clarify any doubts, collect the first impressions of the vehicle, present the Customer Service Center (Contact Center) and make the Network of Dealers available. It is an additional care with the customers who purchase the long awaited Fiat release.

Argo Experience – For customers who purchase the top-of-the-range Fiat Argo 1.8 HGT, a unique experience will be offered - a pre-booked tutorial from the Customer Service Center. On the date chosen, an Argo Specialist will contact the client, with the mission of presenting all the fundamental equipment of the vehicle. The main features are didactically explained in videos that will be available for consultation in an exclusive channel on YouTube.

CUSTOMIZATION
No less than 53 accessories were specially developed by Mopar for the Fiat Argo launch. Some of them can be seen in the Opening Edition Mopar series, limited to a 1,000 units. They are: darkened 16-inch alloy wheels, vinyl door sill protector, carpet and rubber mats, parking sensor and 60-Watt speaker kit. In addition, the car comes with the "Opening Edition" badge on the rear speakers, black painted roof and mirrors and airfoil on the back cover. This series will be based on the Fiat Argo HGT 1.8 automatic, the top of the range, and will have the convenience of Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP), with the first three scheduled versions included.

But anyone who can not buy one of the 1000 units can customize their Fiat Argo with these and other accessories, being 19 of exterior, 18 of interior, 9 of electronics and connectivity, 5 of lighting and electric, and 2 of cargo.

The 9-inch multimedia center is the big attraction in the list of technology items, which also brings parking sensor and a number of options to the original Mopar sound system.

Among the exterior personalization items, we highlight the matte black roof sticker, chrome rear door handles and covers and various types of alloy wheels (15 or 16-inch).

In the interior trim range, sporting pedals and shift handgrips, as well as seat guards and coat hangers are noteworthy. Practicality is represented by the Eco Bag, which helps organize the cargo in the trunk, and the removable tow hitch.
