Three new versions expand Fiat Strada pickup range

It is also worth highlighting Fiat Strada’s trajectory of success, which is filled with pioneering efforts and creativity. It was the first compact pickup to offer Extended Cabin. It was also the first to bring out a light off-road version, the Adventure. This, in turn, innovated again when it gained in 2008 the differential lock, the Locker. And this year, it arrived with the original Double Cabin. It is for all these reasons that Fiat Strada, besides being leader in the compact pickup segment since 2000, is more and more a reference in its category.
The new Working versions arrive as three more excellent buying options for the Strada pickup consumer. They bring a new design, the renowned 1.4 engine with 85 hp (100% gasoline) and 86 hp (100% alcohol), a complete list of equipment and Single, Extended and Double cabins.
Let us start with the new body. The Strada Working pickup arrives with new front, which brings headlights with single parabolas and front bumpers painted in the vehicle’s color. Now the rear has the same robust lines of Fiat Strada Trekking, including the dump truck with removable cover for greater practicality, which also comes with a key for greater security. It also has running boards on both sides of the plate, which make loading and unloading the vehicle easier. This version also inherited from the Trekking the instrument panel, but with finish of the central part in black.
With harmonious and at the same time daring profile, the new Working is the only Strada version that offers three cabin options, satisfying different needs and tastes of its consumers.
The innovative Double Cabin carries comfortably up to four passengers. With lateral windows larger than the other versions, the great difference lies on the accommodation of two more passengers at the rear part. And, for their greater practicality and comfort, this Double Cabin version has front seats with “Easy Entry” device with memory, which facilitates the entry of passengers and also allows the seat to return to its previously predetermined position. Still thinking in the back seat passengers, the sides of this version have bottle holders plus object holders, sliding rear window, besides this, the rear seat counts on three-point retractable seat belts and two headrests with height adjustment, thus assuring more safety to the passengers.
The Strada Working also offers the Single Cabin and Extended Cabin. This latter increases by 30 cm the pickup’s interior. This additional space behind the front seats, carries up to 300 liters, allowing, for example, accommodation of baggage, leaving it more protected and closer to the passengers.
More space in the cabin or in the dump truck? The choice depends on the use of the vehicle. If the cabin is single, Strada pickup offers 1,100 liters of volume in its dump truck. If the consumer prefers the Extended Cabin, it can carry 800 liters. Now if the decision is for the Double, it will have 580 liters in its dump truck.
This version also arrives with a complete list of equipment. Among the standard equipment, the consumer can find on board computer, Follow Me Home, Fiat Code, steering wheel with height adjustment, removable rear cover, hooks for tying of load in the dump truck, and many more. As optional, HSD (airbag + ABS), air conditioner, electric windows and locks, hydraulic steering, maritime convertible top, among others.
And to offer an excellent cost-benefit ratio to its customers, Fiat brings, besides the three new versions, price repositioning for the Strada Fire versions. Result: advantages to the consumer’s pocket, since the pickup entry version now arrives cheaper by two thousand Brazilian real. Check below the versions of the complete market leader pickup range:
