4 January - Melbourne, VIC – Jeep Australia celebrates off‑road innovation with the arrival of the 2026 Jeep Wrangler and 2026 Jeep Gladiator. Enhancing capability, convenience and personalisation, both models introduce thoughtful upgrades while honouring the iconic brand DNA that has defined Jeep since 1941. The 2026 range also welcomes the exclusive Wrangler 85th Anniversary Special Edition, a heritage‑inspired halo model that commemorates Jeep’s 85‑year legacy. 

 

What’s New for 2026 Jeep Wrangler & 2026 Jeep Gladiator 

The 2026 models introduce a range of upgrades that enhance durability, usability, and open‑air freedom across both model lines. 

Shared Upgrades: 

Quick‑Release Door Hinges  

New quick‑release hinges allow faster, easier door removal, elevating the open‑air driving experience that defines Jeep capability. 

Interior Refinement 

Both 2026 models receive upgraded Tungsten‑coloured steering‑wheel stitching, replacing the previous red finish for a more premium, unified cabin appearance. 

Wrangler Rubicon – Enhancements: 

Steel Front Bumper – Now Standard 

A heavy‑duty front steel bumper—typically a $3,374 optional accessory—is now standard equipment, offering added strength and further trail protection at exceptional value.  

Return of Iconic Colours 

The 2026 Jeep Wrangler offers returning colors – Anvil, Mojito, Reign, Tuscadero, Earl and Joose, as well as new Goldilocks for a limited production run across the 2026 model year.

Enhanced Tool & Storage Packaging 

Revised storage introduces a more functional tool‑kit solution to store tools and bolts when removing the roof, doors and windscreen, replacing previous plastic trays with a zippered bolt‑storage pouch. 

Return of some Iconic Colours 

The 2026 Jeep Gladiator introduces Goldilocks and reintroduces Mojito, Reign and Joose bold paints for a limited production run across the 2026 model year
