Zur Feier des ersten Tages von Stellantis – hervorgegangen aus der Fusion von FCA und Groupe PSA – werden John Elkann, Chairman von Stellantis, und Carlos Tavares, Chief Executive Officer von Stellantis, die traditionellen Börsenglocken der drei Wertpapiermärkte läuten, an denen Stellantis-Aktien gelistet werden.

Stellantis-Aktien werden voraussichtlich ab Montag, dem 18. Januar 2021, an der Euronext in Paris und an der Borsa Italiana in Mailand, sowie ab Dienstag, dem 19. Januar 2021, an der New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) gehandelt. Die NYSE ist am Montag, 18. Januar, anlässlich des Martin Luther Kings Days geschlossen.

Hintergrund:

  • Am Samstag, 16. Januar 2021, wird die Fusion von FCA und Groupe PSA offiziell abgeschlossen.
  • Nach Abschluss der Transaktion erhalten die PSA-Aktionäre der Gruppe 1,742 Stellantis-Aktie für jede PSA-Aktie, während die FCA-Aktionäre 1 Stellantis-Aktie für jede FCA-Aktie erhalten.
