PEUGEOT 3008 Hybrid & 5008 Hybrid Debuts in Taiwan, starting from NT$1,198,000

Taiwan, 12 July 2025 – PEUGEOT Taiwan today officially launched the new PEUGEOT 3008 HYBRID and 5008 HYBRID models, bringing a powerful blend of efficiency, performance, and distinctive French elegance to the region. This launch underscores PEUGEOT's dedication to electrification and sustainable mobility, catering to those "Serious About Pleasure" with vehicles that embodies the "Designed to Last, Driving Sensations, and French Charisma."

Built on the advanced STLA Medium modular platform, both hybrid SUVs feature the immersive Panoramic i-Cockpit®, an efficient P2 ARCHITECTURE HYBRID SYSTEM, and adaptable cabin space for exceptional driving dynamics. The 5008 HYBRID is poised to redefine the luxurious mid-to-large LSUV segment with its seven-seat "Grand Crossover" positioning.

The new 3008 HYBRID and 5008 HYBRID showcase PEUGEOT's latest design language, with sharp "lion-eye" headlamp clusters and three-claw LED daytime running lights. GT models elevate visibility with a sophisticated PIXEL LED beam headlight system. The design emphasizes "simplicity as sophistication" with clean lines, premium accents, and a distinctive floating roof. The 3008 HYBRID boasts a dynamic Fastback design, while the 5008 HYBRID maintains a commanding SUV form.

Inside, the Panoramic i-Cockpit® creates an "interstellar cockpit experience" with a floating panoramic display, compact steering wheel, and intuitive controls. The PEUGEOT i-Connect® Advanced infotainment system offers seamless connectivity, including wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, with GT models featuring a 21-inch curved digital display and customizable ambient lighting. Practicality shines with class-leading cargo capacities (up to 1,663L for 3008 HYBRID and 2,232L for 5008 HYBRID) and versatile seating configurations.

Powered by the innovative P2 ARCHITECTURE HYBRID SYSTEM, combining an upgraded 1.2L PureTech engine with an e-DCS6 transmission and integrated electric motor, both models deliver a combined 145 PS and achieve up to 20 km/L. The intelligent "Automated Energy Management System" ensures seamless transitions between electric and petrol power, offering a quiet, smooth, and responsive ride, with over 50% electric-only urban driving.

Both models are now available nationwide in Taiwan. Exclusive viewings are available on July 12th and 13th, with test drives available for booking from July 19th onwards.
