April 7, 2025 — PG UNION CORPORATION officially unveiled the CITROËN BERLINGO XTR Long-Wheelbase model and proudly announced the renewal of the partnership between CITROËN and the Dragons baseball team. Under the rallying spirit of “Double Dragons United, Fighting for Victory”, the two sides are joining forces once again to take on the 36th season of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) with fearless momentum and unwavering determination. Together, they strike the opening note of victory, embodying the values of teamwork and passion.

With Taiwan’s recent championship win in the WBSC Premier12 and its advancement to the WBC Qualifiers, baseball fever is reaching new heights. At the launch event of the CITROËN BERLINGO XTR Long-Wheelbase, CITROËN invited top Dragons players Chen Tzu-Hao, Kuo Tien-Hsin, Liu Chi-Hung, and Wu Tung-Jung to appear in person, alongside team mascots Meng Ge and Wei Di, bringing energy and excitement to the event. A special symbolic gift exchange ceremony was held, underscoring the strong bond and united vision between CITROËN and the Dragons in their mission to reach the pinnacle of success together.

A Celebration of Passion and Team Spirit! To thank loyal customers for their enthusiastic support, CITROËN will host a special ballpark event on August 16, 2025, inviting CITROËN owners to experience the electrifying atmosphere of professional baseball up close. Attendees will receive an exclusive CITROËN Game Day Gift Pack. Customers who complete vehicle delivery between December 2024 and June 2025 will be eligible to enter a draw for limited VIP game tickets—an unforgettable summer baseball experience for family and friends.
Exclusive Appreciation for CITROËN BERLINGO XTR Owners
As a token of gratitude for early supporters, PG UNION CORPORATION will offer a special reward to the first group of CITROËN BERLINGO XTR Long-Wheelbase 7-seater owners, who placed orders immediately following the model’s debut in December 2024. These customers will receive tickets to a Wei Chuan Dragons home game at Taipei Dome, enjoying an evening of baseball, excitement, and shared memories.
Ballpark Surprises: Cheer, Hit, and Win!
To energize the crowd and encourage outstanding player performance, CITROËN will host interactive giveaways at Tianmu Baseball Stadium during the 2025 regular season. Whenever a Wei Chuan Dragons player hits a clean base hit that strikes the CITROËN outfield wall ad in left field, a lucky spectator will be selected to receive exclusive CITROËN-branded merchandise.
Even more thrilling: if a home run clears the CITROËN billboard above left field, both the player and a lucky fan will be awarded a 1:18 scale CITROËN model car (suggested retail price over NT$5,000). These giveaways are designed to inspire incredible plays on the field and deliver memorable moments for both baseball and CITROËN fans in the stands.
