In close collaboration, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Digital Charging Solutions GmbH (DCS) have developed a seamless and integrated public charging service for drivers of Jeep Renegade and Compass 4xe, the New Fiat 500 BEV and all future plug-in Hybrid and electric models

Today, at Mirafiori Motor Village in Turin, e-Mobility by FCA delivered two Jeep Renegade 4xe models to RSE (Ricerca sul Sistema Energetico – Energy Systems Research), under a partnership agreement whereby the plug-in hybrid cars will be driven for six months to prepare detailed reports on how they work, with an aim of anticipating customers’ normal usage of their fleets over time.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Mercitalia Logistics (part of the FS Italiane Group, the Italian State Railways) have signed a cooperation agreement, in advance of mass production, to use a prototype of the new E-Ducato – the full electric version of the Fiat Professional vehicle – for road first and last mile transportation in the FAST high-speed freight service from Mercitalia Logistics.

Today, the City of Turin's Department of Transport, Infrastructure and Mobility signed a cooperation agreement with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to pilot – in city traffic – the integration of electrified mobility with the restricted traffic zone (Zona a Traffico Limitato –ZTL) management infrastructure.
